However, the coffee that was being brewed was from premium brand coffees. Eventually, the founder decided to begin a healthy lifestyle and began drinking coffee black (no sugar, no cream).
By doing so, the true taste of the coffee came through. This is when the lightbulb went off and Burst of Java was created. BOJ coffee is fair trade and organic.
